If you request the deletion of your data from all our systems, please follow the procedure outlined below:

• Step 1 - Submission of Request: Submit your request to delete of your personal data to BEM Data Protection Team in writing.

• Step 2 - Evaluation Process: Once we receive your request, our data protection team will promptly evaluate it. We may contact you to verify your request and obtain any necessary information.

• Step 3 - Processing: Upon approval of your request, we will diligently carry out the necessary procedures to delete your data from all our systems. This includes all relevant systems, including data backups.

• Step 4 - Notification: Once the deletion process is complete, you will be notified. You will receive regular updates on the status and completion of your request. Deleting Trading Accounts:

1. Open the “Accounts” tab on the cTID website to view all your trading accounts.

2. Contact your broker to request the deletion of your accounts. If you use Spotware, you can delete your demo and live accounts yourself.

Deleting cTID:

1. Once all trading accounts are deleted, click the “Delete cTrader ID Account” button on the cTID website.

2. Confirm the process, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
