Trading during high-impact news events involves additional risks, including rapid price movements, increased volatility, and reduced liquidity, which may result in slippage or unpredictable execution. For this reason, specific trading restrictions apply around High-Impact News events.
For the purposes of this rule, High-Impact News refers to announcements shared through BEM Funding’s official Discord news channels and Telegram channel.
Restricted Window
A restricted window applies 4 minutes before and 4 minutes after a High-Impact News event.
During the restricted window, you may keep existing trades open; however, you must not:

Open or close market orders

Place, execute, or modify pending orders

Modify Stop Loss or Take Profit levels

Execute or modify any trade action on affected traditional assets
Affected Instruments
News trading restrictions apply to traditional assets, including Forex, Indices, Metals, and Energies.
Restrictions apply only to instruments impacted by the relevant news event. For example, USD-related news may affect instruments including, but not limited to, EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDCHF, XAUUSD, GER40, US30, US100, and US500.
Cryptocurrency pairs are not subject to news trading restrictions.
What is allowed?
You may keep trades open during the restricted window, provided that no restricted action is executed or modified during that period.
What happens if this rule is breached?
A single violation of this rule is considered a soft breach.
Two soft breaches are considered a hard breach. Any gains or progress made as a result of a violation may be cancelled, whether the violation is a soft breach or a hard breach.
Profits generated in violation of this rule may be deducted, while losses remain the user’s responsibility.
Compliance controls may be performed after evaluation completion.
