The reward request schedule depends on your program type.
BEM One — 1-Step Programs
BEM One uses a Reward on Demand model.
This means you can request a reward at any time, as long as all reward eligibility requirements are met. There is no fixed waiting period between reward requests.

BEM Classic, BEM Classic Swing & BEM Extended — 2-Step Programs
For 2-step programs, the reward cycle starts from the first trade executed on the BEM Account after completing the evaluation phases.
With the standard 14-day reward cycle, you can request your first reward 14 days after your first trade on the BEM Account. After your first reward, you can request another reward every 14 days.
If you selected the 7-Day Reward Add-On, you can request your first reward 7 days after your first trade on the BEM Account and continue requesting rewards every 7 days.
Reward requests are only available once all eligibility requirements are met.
