The maximum simulated drawdown is 5% of the initial balance and is applied using a trailing drawdown methodology.
The trailing drawdown moves upward as your account balance grows and never moves downward due to losses. Once the trailing drawdown level reaches the initial balance, it becomes locked and no longer trails.
A breach occurs if your equity (including open positions) falls below the active trailing drawdown level at any time.
The calculation includes open positions, closed trades, commissions, and swap fees.
