Yes, we offer an evaluation fee refund if you selected the refund add-on when purchasing your account.
The refund is issued together with your first reward, once you successfully complete the evaluation and meet all applicable requirements.
If the refund add-on was not selected at the time of purchase, the evaluation fee is non-refundable.
